• Creation of classic and innovative European menu
• Cost and quality control
• Supervise and manage kitchen operations effectively during the absence of Head Chef
• Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company’s goals
• Assist set up of new outlets
• Culinary Diploma preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in related field.
• Knowledge of European culinary techniques and modern trends
• Knowledge and good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices and regulations (HACCP, H&S regulations)
• Have initiative, is hard working and is a strong leader
