📋 Job Responsibilities
- Creation of classic and innovative European menu
- Cost and quality control
- Supervise and manage kitchen operations effectively during the absence of Head Chef
- Work closely and efficiently with other departments to achieve company’s goals
- Assist set up of new outlets
🎯 Job Requirements
- Culinary Diploma preferred
- 3-5 years experience in related field
- Knowledge of European culinary techniques and modern trends
- Good understanding of hygiene, health and safety practices (HACCP, H&S regulations)
- Has initiative, is hard working and is a strong leader
